he's here!

exactly 2 weeks before his due date,

our mister decided to join us.  

already a gentleman...

he didn't want to inconvenience his mum any longer.  

good thing too...

all 9 pounds and 2 ounces of him!  

and let me tell you, we are in love!

i tried hard not to like him...

(word on the street is boys leave you for another woman one day,

and that's not okay with me.... 

i suppose we'll work that out in a much later post. hee hee)

having a baby is the most magical of times,

learning their little personalities...

what they like... and don't.  


i literally am having to tell myself right now

that we'll have five kids, 

so i don't get too terribly emotional

with each passing phase.  

(five is absolutely out of the question,

mind you,

but if i dwell too hard on the fact that this is the last one,

i just couldn't take it.)  

so we are all savoring every minute with this boy,

playing with tiny toes,

inhaling his delicious baby goodness.  

 Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD,

The fruit of the womb is a reward.
